The UB Ambassadors Programme is the driving force of our organisation — its hands and feet in action. Each year, we open a formal call for ambassador applications. Candidates are required to submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe and, if shortlisted, attend a scheduled interview. Throughout the process, we aim to provide every applicant with a professional and meaningful experience, similar to applying for a formal job opportunity.
Successful candidates are invited to attend an in-person induction workshop. During this session, ambassadors are introduced to:
Ambassadors follow a structured annual programme with clearly defined goals and performance measures to track engagement and successful completion. Upon fulfilling all programme requirements, ambassadors receive a Certificate of Completion and a formal Letter of Recommendation.
Above all, this experience is designed to cultivate social advocacy, leadership, and community service among all participants.
